Van Cleef & Arpels 'Poetry of Time' Exhibition in London

While in London for my fourth module of the SDA Bocconi Executive Master in Luxury Management, I had the opportunity to visit the Van Cleef & Arpels 'Poetry of Time' exhibition. It was relatively small but oh-so-beautiful!

  • The gallery space was completely re-envisioned, with lush carpets, wall prints resembling a forest, and leaf-shaped glass garlands hanging from the ceiling, draped around tree-like columns – it truly felt like an enchanted forest.

  • The selection of pieces was much smaller than what I saw in Seoul, but there were some truly outstanding works of art like the Eveil du Cyclamen automaton.

  • Technology was used sparingly but appropriately. For example, with the Eveil du Cyclamen automaton, while the piece was still, there was a video showcasing its movement.

  • There was also a photo section for those who wanted to take a beautiful picture and share it with the world.

I left the exhibition inspired by the immersive world created by the brand – a wonderful experience. Have you seen any of the Van Cleef & Arpels exhibitions?
